Kamile Bonté

Kamile Bonté is a young Lithuanian soprano.

In the summer 2022 she had debut in Austria at the Oper Klosterneuburg as Mimi in G. Puccini La Bohème. In the spring 2023 she had her house debut in Austria at MusikTheater an der Wien as Warja in M. Weinberg The Idiot.

She represented Lithuania at “Expo2020” in Dubai together with Vilnius city opera and Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra.

Kamile Bonté drew attention with her beautiful timbre and unforced vocal power at the 11th Klaudia Taev Competition 2019 winning 3rd prize. Since 2021/2022 season she was a member of the Opera Studio at the Lithuanian National Opera and was making her role debuts as Marguerite/ Faust and Mimi/ La Bohème. In 2021 she appeared as Zaida in Rossini's Il Turco in Italia (under the baton of Erki Pehk) at the PromFest in Estonia and Lithuania. Kamile sang the role of Anna in Puccini's Le Villi in concert performance with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra (under the baton of Gintaras Rinkevičius) at the Pazaislis Festival as well as the leading soprano role in the Zarzuela production at the Lithuanian National Opera.
